Instead of proprietary Mobile Data Entry devices (MDE) for inventory control, we believe in Pocket  PCs, which are available from many producers (DELL, HP, Siemens, Toschiba, ASUS, etc.) in different configurations and affordable prices.

In addition to the low price of such devices, the user surface known from Windows PCs has to be mentioned. Users, who can operate a Windows PC, are able to use a Pocket PC in a few minutes. In contrast to the technically old-fashioned MDE devices Pocket PCs can be controlled via a touch screen. Time is over where one had to learn cryptic key codes by heart which was necessary for the old for the MDE.

And don't forget: Pocket PCs offer a huge extra value because it can be used for many purposes, e.g. as navigation system, organizer, voice recorder, mp3-player, etc. 

To assure the sustainability our pocket-PC software was completely developed with Visual Studio .NET 2003 from Microsoft. This is an application on the basis of the .NET CompactFramework.
